When I met him, I had a giant list of maintenance items for him, from installing new bifold doors and wall-mounting my TV, to small jobs like fixing a lamp. Pete finished the whole list in a couple of afternoons. Then I hired him to make some shelving and he constructed two gorgeous built-in bookcases for my landing. He is also really responsive. I called him when my sink sprang a leak and he came out the same day to fix it and charged a fraction of what a plumber would have cost.
