“Been training with Alex since 2020. He fixed my squat, deadlift, and bench press form. My strength has increased a lot as well. Before I started training, my squat was stuck at 155lbs for reps. He helped me get it up to 225lbs for reps. I was initially on the fence about hiring a trainer but now I can't imagine not having one and Alex is the best around. You don't want to look weak when you're training with someone. If you train on your own, it's easy to get lazy sometimes. Also, Goodlife will charge you the same price or more for a lower quality service.”

Back when I was younger it was Dr. Elias and I always remembered the fish, but above all else the candor & professionalism of the entire team. I'm pleased to say this has been carried forward with Dr. Fung and her new team in every way! I recently had my wisdom teeth removed with her; going in I was slightly nervous but she eased any worry I had and the procedure went off without a hitch. All the while my 7 year old son is in the next room with Jenn (whom he adores!) getting a routine cleaning. If you're looking for a practice I couldn't recommend better!”
