Barracuda Heating Service & Oil Delivery

Barracuda has been looking after the furnace in my home for many years, and many years before now for my parents. They are honest, reliable, and their people know their business well. I now get my oil deliveries from them, and they are always available when needed, usually within the hour. I look forward to a great business relationship with them for many years to come!! The fact that they are local is another added benefit.

We made the switch to Barracuda last year and have been impressed with all aspects of their business. We recently had heating issues and they were prompt and efficient in coming to fix the issue. Can't recommend them enough!

Wow!!!!!! is an understatement for the service and care provided by this company.

Our oil needed to be filled as we burned through it quicker than usual. We needed oil before our regular schedule from our initial provider. I had no idea we ran out until I woke up this morning.

Of course, this happens the day we are set to have a cold snap.

I panicked and called our regular furnance oil delivery company. They said no, couldn't get us on the truck til next week. I called 20 other furnance oil delivery companies. That is not an exaggeration. The response was a resounding no - they are too busy - go get some Diesel.

My last call was to Barracuda. I was desperate. I spoke with a woman named Heather who had impeccable customer service experience. She demonstrated empathy and care and made me feel like a priority.

The owner agreed to have a delivery made today for us. I am in tears. Actual tears.

Within 2-3 hours the truck was here filling our tank. The gentleman who delivered the oil and went a step above by making sure I knew how to get our furnace back on.

I am blown away. I have never in my life experienced customer service to this degree from any company. Ever.

I want to say thank you Barracuda. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You made a stressful situation into a positive one. You have a fantastic team there.

I will 100000000% be using you when we make our switch to propane. There is no better customer service in HRM then with you folks.

Excellent communications, detailed quote , helpful and showed up when scheduled, complete removal of oil furnace and tank, Installation of new propane furnace and helped out with getting new tanks installed and setting up a new account with Superior Propane. Highly recommended.
