“Chose this company based off the google reviews alone and I’m glad we did. Our window was originally 8-10am, however I received a call right around 8am saying that they were waiting on the first call of the day to arrive at the site they were doing removal and it may be closer to 9/9:30. Shortly after 9, another call saying that it took a bit longer than expected and they were on their way to the dump and would arrive in a little over an hour. I really appreciated the updates and having them call to check in with updates time frames. We had called them to remove an oversized 18 cubic foot freezer from the 70s that had died, in a basement with a tricky set of stairs. We thought it wasn’t going to be able to ever get out of the house, but the guys trouble shooted the situation and removed the railing. We had some very minor damage to drywall, floor trim and a hinge that came off a cupboard door, which they took responsibility for and were honest every step of the way. We had a feeling going into this there would be some damage but were unsure of how much and it was a lot less than we a anticipated! In the end, the freezer was removed and we are incredibly happy to be rid of it! Very kind, honest and we really appreciated the trouble shooting in the moment. Would highly recommend and will keep them in mind for the next removal we need if ever in the future!”

“Having a place like this close to home is very convenient. We've been doing a lot of renovations so we have to make frequent trips. Staff are friendly and helpful; cost per load is always quite reasonable. The signage to the numbered lots could be a bit clearer but there are usually staff there to help show you where to go.”

“Good people unfortunately had to fight with some wheels left on a vehicle. When I called to ask what I need to do to bring a full vehicle in all they told me was fluids need to be completely drained and fuel tank to be removed. I got there and apparently the tires had to come off also which I did not have tools for. Other then that would have been quick and easy”

“Experienced the Beyond Van Gogh exhibit at HEC on our anniversary in May. It was incredible. The staff did a good job of making us feel welcome and safe because the moving images in such large format are a bit to get used to. Once oriented we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. It was a bit far out of the city and that was a surprise. If you haven't seen it yet you must go.”
