She was unpleasant, unprofessional and didn't seem like she wanted to help me. she suggested that she shouldn't have to help me because my last name starts with an O and that's not her responsibility. The agent was asking incredibly broad questions without any specificity and then got mad and frustrated when I didn't answer them the way she wanted me to. We did get the job done but not without a notably bad experience.”
