(December 9, 2018, 10:46 pm)I was always a very active person, but after I had kids, It became very hard to fit exercise in my schedule. Five years after, I knew I needed to make time to exercise, but I didn’t know where to start. In a conventional gym, nobody ever really showed me how to use the machines properly and I always felt lost. Even though I was a little intimidated to try crossfit, I decided to give it a try. The discovery program was great, I was able to learn all the movements properly before taking my first crossfit class. When I started the classes, I met great people and felt included right way! The coaches at Crossfit Basinview are always very supportive and always make sure you don’t feel lost! I look forward to every class! And even when it’s harder to get out of bed for that 6am class, I am always so glad I did! Come and try it for yourself!

(December 7, 2018, 4:55 pm)A huge gym and everyone is incredibly friendly and supportive. I know when I go I'm going to get a workout. It's a great team atmosphere that makes it enjoyable.
