Eyes On Bedford

Leonard and Jocelyn were outstanding assisting me when I was in to get frames picked out and things sorted. They explained the cost of everything were very friendly staff and were exceptional with how they greeted and the attentiveness they had for the transaction and entire visit. The Eye DR was very friendly and knowledgeable she gave me the scoop on my eyes, what my vision was and information about it. The shop was clean, prices were fair, everything was at its best today. Including their COVID prevention. Employees were all masked they had sanitizer available and were taking precautions and keeping everything cleaned.

Wonderful checkup today with Dr. Dolman. I appreciate that she takes extra time to ask about my pre-existing conditions and is very thorough in making sure everything is going well. It's nice to not have to remind her of my history. Leonard was awesome and guided me towards a better pair of frames than the ones I had chosen- he knew what would look good on my face! Erin was also funny and sweet.

Eyes on Bedford had moved from their Bedford Place Mall location since I had last seen my eye doctor, and the Sunnyside Mall seems to be a great fit for the optometry clinic. Beautiful new space, and a bonus - the opportunity to grab a slice of delicious pizza from On The Wedge after my appointment! Erin helped me choose a new pair of glasses; after describing to her what I was interested in style wise, she found a pair that was exactly what I had hoped for and made the process of getting my first pair ever totally smooth! Thanks Erin :)

My husband and I had our first appointment with eyes on Bedford and found all the staff to be very efficient and professional. Erin was especially helpful in helping us pick out new frames. We also found the prices to be very competitive

Fantastic service from Leonard. He let me know which frame would look the best to really catch an eye! His enthusiasm was the best part, really knows what he’s talking about!
