(December 2, 2018, 11:52 pm)We would like to share our positive experience that we had at Griffin Motors. My wife recently bought a 2015 Volvo S60 from Griffin Motors.
We dealt with Robert Conrad. He was our sales person. We liked dealing with Robert. First of all, he was not pushy like a lot of the sales people that one encounters at car dealerships. It was refreshing. Purchasing a car is a big investment. He followed up with my wife and helped her through the process. He was patient and explained the various features of her new car.
We dealt with Trent for the financing and after sales process. Trent was also very nice to deal with. He explained the financing options and did the paperwork to transfer the title of the car. It's nice to deal with an independent dealership that is not a part of a large chain. In summary, we highly recommend this dealership.
(September 11, 2018, 5:20 pm)What a great buying experience done completely online. I am located in Ottawa and didn't have a change to fly to Halifax to see the car. I trusted Rob in everything he told me about the car and went ahead and had it shipped. The car was perfect and exactly as Rob described it. It passed Ontario safety without any issues and I now have it plated. Thanks for the great support and honesty, I will do business with Rob again in a heart beat.
