I found Mitchell followed up all my questions and made the experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend this location and sales person.

Mitchell Reid Made the whole process beyond easy and convenient and not once failed to go out of his way to answer a question or helping me out, made me feel like a friend rather then a customer. Thank you Mitchell.
(December 17, 2018, 7:27 pm)Just hands down the best used car dealership I have ever dealt with. The sales person Mitchell Reid was the absolute best. They have excellent service in the service department and zero pressure sales staff. Mitchell was great from day one and continues to prove that Carson’s actually cares about what they sell. Can’t recommend them enough.

I bought a car from them in June and within a couple of weeks after the purchase I noticed a very subtle noise with the steering. I took the car to them and they found that the issue was related to the front suspensions. I got worried thinking about how much I would have to spend on fixing them, but the owner without any hesitation said - don't worry we sold the car to you and because the problem was present before I bought it we will take care of it. GREAT!!!
Fast forward to winter, I gave them a call because when I purchased the car from them they had promised me a set of 4 winter tires (in used condition with 60% tread left). After couple of days I heard from the owner, he said they cannot find the tires they had promised me so he ordered a set of 4 brand new winter tires + steel wheels. WOW!!! This really shows their commitment to go above and beyond in serving their customers.
I would recommend Carson Exports without any hesitations. Their cars may be priced slightly more than other dealerships, but it is totally worth it because they really do care about their customer.
