I find it is never crowded when you are in for a oil change. Seldom if ever did I have to wait more then a hour to be on my way.
They always wash your vehicle when you are getting service which is a bonus.
If you drive in snow you should really consider a Subaru vehicle... you'll be amazed at how well they perform with proper snow tires.
