Last year after the run around from other dealers trying to repair a 4 yr. old Lawn Boy mover (3 weeks) they had it fixed and back to me in 4 days.
Last week the handle broke, they came through again. I couldn't be happier with their service. They know what service means, great staff.

Bought my Stihl chainsaw here a year ago, had a couple issues with a leaky carb (not covered under warranty apparently). Eastern Turf said they'd fix it at their own expense. They went above and beyond with their service and I couldn'tbe happier. There's a reason I skip the other nearby Stihl dealers and drive out to Eastern Turf. Superb service every time. Thanks!

Service for my Toro snow blower was rendered quickly and effectively. My machine required a small adjustment a few days after I got it back. They squeezed me in on short notice and no charge. Thanks guys. Great experience.
Parts here are a little more expensive than big box but they handle and stock genuine name brand replacements. Generally you get what you pay for.

Best place to buy equipment. They've helped me out over the years and I get all my equipment from them. Yea service is expensive but it's the same price at other dealers.
