The technician working on my vehicle was professional and polite, however one thing I noticed right away is how quiet it was. Didn’t seem like much enthusiasm in the shop; oh well it’s a Saturday. I would have liked more communication when working on my car, As I often asked how things checked out. But I liked that they didn’t upsell me. Only thing that made me uncomfortable was the tip request, I don’t know how I feel about that when already paying a premium for an oil change.....thus the three stars.
