He correctly pre-diagnosed the problem over the phone, then kept in close touch with me via text throughout the day to make sure we didn't miss each other when he arrived. Gildas was incredible! He was extremely personable, showed me exactly what he had to fix and why, made me feel super comfortable knowing there was something working on my appliances who was passionate about what they did. Gave me honest and sincere advice and even did a follow up to make sure everything was working like it should be. I have recently retired from this company as a technician and can say that it has been a real pleasure working here. Everyone was great in every department and besides providing a review please allow me to use this forum to say thanks to everyone.
i will recommend this company for appliance repairs to anyone who asks. The techs are top notch and the company provides constant training for this ever changing, demanding industry. As a service provider for most appliance manufacturers they have access to all the technical support from the manufacturers which is such a necessity these days.
