“After reading two negative reviews on this store, I was reluctant to step foot in this outlet. I decided to anyway, disregarding other people’s experiences. The Levis Outlet is one of the best stores in Dartmouth Crossing. Their wide variety of clothing and lovely staff provide such a welcoming environment for every customer. Even though Covid-19 make browsing a little bit inconvenient, I don’t think that is something to complain about as clothes shopping isn’t necessary. I didn’t end up purchasing anything, but the wonderful environment is what made the drop in feel less like a waste of time. Thanks Levis for your wonderful customer service!”

“I remember thinking that Cleo was an "old ladies" store that my mom would go to when I was in Claire's but I either grew into it or they've really modernized their fashion because it's now a go to for me! (I'm now in my late 20's) sure some of the patterns are a little... Dated still but there's lots of great work appropriate apparel and fun casual outfits to choose from.”

“Great experience in the store but not so great once we got home. Jasmin was excellent helping us pick out a sport jacket, shirt and tie for a funeral. Made it so easy and quick. So fast that our 4 year old didn’t even have time to complain. Excellent service. Unfortunately the shirt was way to big and will need to be exchanged. We asked if my husband should try it on and we were told it wasn’t necessary because she fitted him based on his measurements.”

The staff member we spoke to printed out the registry, helped us navigate the store and find items and offered to easily brings items in store that were not in stock. It may sound like expected service and it is but she was super sweet, very helpful, nice to talk to and made it a pleasant experience”
