I have to admit where I was in the fault by missing my booked appointment that morning for pick up, and they were still able to work with my schedule and get the car done for the day. I was very impressed by this. As well, when the care was done, there was a hard stain that remained on the passenger seat. I contacted The Shine Factory, literally no questions asked, just when can we pick your car up and get it fixed up for you. Goes to show that they stand by their service and work. I'm beyond happy and impressed. Certainly highly recommended for everyone, and will be taking my vehicle back regularly.”
