(August 19, 2018, 11:04 am)This is a very nice campground. Close in, nice beach, super friendly staff. Easy bike ride to nearby Nine Locks Brewery and pub next door to it. Short drive to ferry for Halifax. Great shopping mall (Dartmouth Commons) also an easy bike ride. Some of the sites are not very level...we could not stay in the first site offered us but the staff worked miracles with a very tight schedule ti accommodate.

(May 10, 2018, 1:42 am)Beautiful park, great for short or long visits. Runners, cyclists, pets, children and hikers are all welcome. I personally reccomened walking around the canal, a great walk and you get to stay beside the water. Keep in mind when visiting that there are specific areas that allow dogs to be off leash. They are signed, but more care might want to be taken when visiting with small children.
