  I booked the Sunset Tour and the experiance was nothing short of amazing. Fred is very down to earth and easy to talk to - having never been in a kayak and having very limited time on the water he gave great instruction and made me feel right at home kayaking.
  The tour itself is incredible and was the highlight of my trip to Nova Scotia. The view is breath taking, Mcnabs Island is a little gem to see. I would highly recommend booking with them.

  Fred and Kattuk Expeditions organized an exceptional outting! I've always loved the outdoors, but after hiking solo across Spain - I realized that there was a lot I needed to learn about staying safe (and hopefully somewhat comfortable) if I ended up lost or in a unplanned situation where survival skills were required. The survival skills course was perfect for someone like me - demonstrating simple, yet extremely valuable skills that I could employ if necessary to stay warm and safe. I would especially reccomend this outing to women who enjoy travelling on their own - you never know what can happen out there - being proactive and learning skills such as these may save your life someday!! Also... being greeted with hot chocolate didn't hurt!! :)

  If you want a unique event for your staff, family, or group of friends, you've gotta try Kattuk! Fred is the most fun & personable guide you'll ever meet. He'll teach you everything he knows about the landscape you're hiking, the secluded islands you're kayaking around, or the city where he's hosting a geo-cache hunt. I've been on several of their tours & events over the years, and always have an amazing time!!
