Not a very ketogenic friendly establishment, breakfast choices are basically limited to side orders of bacon and eggs as everything else comes with toast and home fries so it's not worth the price you pay for a full breakfast meal. The coffee however is outstanding ????

I have been to this restaurant many times and it is always good, and reliable. Sure, it’s not the most elite restaurant around, but they serve healthy, home-style foods, at great prices. The staff here is always excellent as well. The head waitress deserves an award for her treatment of customers, even ones she doesn’t know, like us. More than a decade ago, we used to come here for the corned beef and cabbage meals that constantly sold out before we got there. I hear they are thinking about bringing them back. I hope so. In the meantime, their current menu has some old time favourites. Fish cakes ad beans (9.99 on this day’s special) with chow. Pan fried haddock. BLT sandwiches and seafood chowder. I had the chowder and it was a delightful surprise, and at 10.99, well worth the price.
