“Their optometrists are great and I've had great service in the past with a man in the optical department. However today was different. My husband and I went in to find him glasses and the woman in the optical department was rude and not helpful at all. She was giving us the wrong info on prices and then got an attitude when I questioned her because she told us we couldn't even get 1 pair of frames covered and lenses would be 200 each. He is military. We ended up leaving, going down the street to Vogue and getting 3 pairs of frames, all lenses, ALL covered, with great customer service.”

Always talking up what sales and promotions are going on. I had a particularly great experience last night, chatted for a bit with the gentleman who was working and he let me try a new flavour of Amino IQ that I was excited to see on the shelf. I didn’t catch his name but I believe he was one of the managers there. Definitely a great employee who can really connect with any customer!”
