  Be careful on wet or icy rocks, they are very dangerous. It is a very nice area as you can see

  Four us spent the week of September 3rd touring Nova Scotia. Other than the reserving accommodations ahead of time for the first and last night, we planned on finding accommodations on a daily basis. We happened to go into the Visitor Information Centre at Peggy's Cove and spoke to Aline. She suggested we'd be better off planning ahead for each day and offered to help. Well, she spent ONE HOUR with us pointing out places to see and suggesting places to stay in each area. She then brought up each place online and then called them for us to get the rates! Aline was absolutely terrific. Helping here was Joanne (I believe, apologies if I have that correct).
  At any rate, if you're in Nova Scotia and in the Peggy's Cove area and need some site-seeing advice these are the folks you want to talk with! Excellent service.

  Nova Scotia Provincial Visitor Information Centre at Peggy's Cove convinces with friendly staff offering some information about the small rural community. There are compost restrooms outside. There is also a big parking lot that is though quite crowded in the summertime.

  The staff at this centre are excellent. Allow access to phones as I had transport problems and were great. Info on the area also brilliant. Top marks

  Listen well people, When we travel we always stop at the information centers. The people are always happy to help you and make suggestions where to visit. In most cases the people working at these places are locals and know almost everything there is to know about where you are, use them. They really do help and here, they do it in spades.
