(February 26, 2019, 1:26 pm)I love the building, but the fact my partner has been ticketed $115.00 due to the fact they don't have enough parking has really soured my experience.
My dealings with management have always been cordial, but I feel sometimes they don't take into consideration that I am paying $1,420.00 a month to live in this building when new developments are always being made available.
Client service is important, and tenants are clients. I feel this could be taken into account when responding to my inquiries.
(August 27, 2018, 3:00 am)Clean and friendly staff. The tower is nicely positioned in the city, close to the bridge towards Dartmouth and to Halifax downtown or Bedford. The drive towards the highway 102 can be challenging sometimes but not that bad. The tower has two and three bedroom apartments to rent. Also, a nice penthouse at the 24th floor with amazing views. The apartments are modern but I would question the quality of the finish, still, they are nice.
