“My daughter's compact fridge (made by Danby) died in her University Dorm room. It was a slow process regarding warranty coverage because I lost the receipt. Once I was able to get a copy of the receipt from the place of purchase, Danby advised that Cal Tech is an authorized Service Centre for their appliances. When I called Cal Tech, a lady named Deb answered. She was fantastic. She sent a Technician the next day, and unfortunately, the Technician confirmed the fridge could not be repaired. It has to be exchanged at the store. I am very happy with Cal Tech's quick service, and with Deb, the lady answering the phones. She was a pleasure to deal with. ”
