  I had a great experience dealing with Larry and Scotia Stairs and Flooring on my first home build. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to decisions making.
  
  I wasn’t sure what to expect since it was my first time purchasing flooring and stairs but Larry and his crew made the process very easy and comfortable.
  
  I am very happy with the results and would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for new floors or stairs.

  Great prices and quality on flooring. They shipped the flooring right to my house and Neil the shipper carried the boxes into my home ( now that is great "old fashioned" service ).
  
  Prices were very fair and Sean in the office spent the time to help me understand what I really needed to do our job correct ( very good end look, we are very happy ).

  My husband and I decided to redo our home staircase and flooring. We went to Scotia Stairs and bam we met Larry and from that minute, I knew we made the right choice. He provided with a quote for our stairs and flooring with no detail left out. We were pleasantly surprised with the price but most of all always keeping us in the loop on timelines. The crew Larry has on staff are INGREDIBLE and do quality work and also very personable. My husband and I will definitely be recommending Scotia Stairs to family and friends.   I would highly recommend Scotia Flooring to anyone looking to either replace existing or buy new. Larry (owner) and Sean in the office took the time to understand what I was looking for and then recommend a good quality product. The Crew who installed were AMAZING!
