  We were completely satisfied with the two stairs installed by Scotia Stairs. The quality of the materials used and the workmanship certainly met our every expectation.
  Also the thorough way in which every aspect of the work was explained was much appreciated.

  We have now replaced old carpeting on two sets of stairs using false treads and risers from Stair Treads Canada and have been very happy with the results. We expected to have some difficulty when one of the treads split in shipping, but STC's reaction was to say it couldn't be fixed and a replacement would be shipped in a week. And it was.
  The product quality on our orders has been excellent. The price is certainly competitive, their shipping cost is great, they answer questions quickly and they meet their promised delivery dates.
  We would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to anyone.
  The blurred strip on each stair in the picture is a non-slip tape.

  Great prices and quality on solid wood false stair treads. These are built to last a lifetime. They shipped them right to my door and provided a tracking number ( treads came wrapped nicely and labeled well also ).
  
  Prices were very fair and they custom stain matched the treads to match my flooring sample that I had mailed them ( very good end look ).
