Brentwood Apartments

This is by far the best apartment I’ve ever lived in in Canada. Rent is cheap, free parking, laundry on site. There’s just no problems in this building. I’ve enjoyed living here and saving money. Maintenance is great . Out super Kim is always on point. Excellent experience here 🥰

Its been almost a year with this apartment building. Very satisfied with the quality and space of apartment and also the rent. Its near to all amenities. If you have small kids, elementary school is bit far like 15 minutes walk. Friendly support staff available 24 hrs. Sounds in walls for hot water or heat is little noisy that's the only issue I have ever encountered but its not a huge problem. Like the other comment said, ceilings are thin and we can hear if people are walking upstairs or it makes tons of noise if my kids are playing. It shouldn't be that thin. Overall I am very satisfied with the property, support staff, location and rent.

Nicely managed place. Got a welcome basket upon moving in and apartment is a good size and well divided and close to everything, but the ceilings are really thin, making it quite noisy and you can hear your neighbors walk around above you, which to me is kind of a deal breaker. Perhaps they are heavy walkers or just oblivious and dont care, either way its disruptive. Hopefully, when the company replaces the floors, theyll put in some extra soundproofing. Aside from that, its ok.
