Sam was thorough and professional while walking us through the inspection, and discussed potential issues onsite during and after the inspection. The report was thorough and included photographs of problem areas.

Sam was fantastic, very thorough inspection and detailed report. Doesn't waste time, but is very friendly and willing to walk you through any part of the inspection and answer questions as he goes. Also a great resource after the fact, willing to take a call and answer any questions you have after the inspection.
