“My aunt in Halifax past away a few weeks ago and I needed someone to move a few items to my parent's place in Truro. I goggled Halifax movers and Moore Moving Systems were one of the ones that came up. After searching this site and others for reviews I decided to call Moore. Pete was very helpful and accommodating to my situation. Their prices were reasonable, especially as my aunt had lived in a three story walk up. No extra charges. Pat and Mike showed up early on the day of the move to meet me at the apartment. They were courteous and friendly and very careful with a few antique furniture pieces, wrapping them in blankets before moving them down the stairs to the truck. The fellas were efficient and had the job done quickly. I met them at my parent's place and they moved the items into the basement, being careful and respectful of my elderly parents. They had to rearrange things a couple of times for my dad to be happy, which they did with smiles and respect. Pete even called me during the move to ensure that all was going well. I would definitely recommend Moore Movers for any move you may have.”
