“We have had an outstanding experience with Evan and his whole team. We began shopping for a new house last year from british columbia when we found the land and plans for the house on realtor. We had an initial meeting before going home and decided to build new through Collins. During the build we recieved frequent zoom calls,with walks around the property and full transperancy of costs. Living out of province Evan took every step to ensure we were comfertable with our new home. As the build progressed we were contacted with all the people to make all the selections in our new home. We have finally moved in and Everyone at Collins has surpassed what we ever expected, and the fit amd finish is beautiful. Beyond what we imagined. With a new house we found a few things that didnt work perfect off the start, but the team ( huge thanks to Gerry, Allison and Wes) treat us just as well now that we have the keys as the day we gave our deposit If you are building, we couldnt state how positive everything has been for us from start to finish.
