I was worried there would be a long wait for some topsoil... I called and was answered promptly. Chatting for a few minutes I found out they were indeed extremely busy. I was quoted a price for delivery in my area and was told they could fit it in rather quickly to my surprise. I was given a delivery window of a two hour period and my load arrived smack dab during the window. The driver was friendly and expertly guided the load to a tarp I had down. I appreciated the quick response, friendly service and reasonable prices. I will certainly not hesitate to use Earthco again.

Great product, super friendly people but a severe lack of communication. Possibly because I called during covid when everyone is doing yard work stuck at home? So I called a week and a half prior to receiving my order. I had tried to order 4 yards of black mulch. I then emailed a couple of days later as there was no telephone response. I received an email (on the ninth) the next day and tried to arrange a delivery date for the 17th. After 3 more emails I didn’t get a confirmation back until the day before the delivery date (one week later) at 9pm saying they have a delivery available for tomorrow the 17th. I’ll take it! They said they would call tomorrow morning to collect payment and give an approximate time of delivery. Didn’t get a call until 1pm saying it will be there in an hour pending payment. I wish there had been more communication. They delivered a superior product and the driver was great. All in all worth the hassle of no communication. I’d imagine I can’t be the only one who’s experienced this? I’d buy product again from them because the quality was great but would expect the same lack of communication.

Purchased 4 tandem loads of the Premium Seed Soil. Product is way better than the place I purchased from last year. Driver was amazing. Entertained my 2 year old who was ecstatic to see the dump truck back in an unload the dirt. Given that we don’t have much interaction with current events, it was a very happy experience for her. Hat’s off to you guys. Thank you for making a little girl smile.
