Mackenzie Carter from Ready Refrigeration installed our new Daikin Fit ducted heat pump system. Service was fast and professional. Knowledge of the product was excellent and was very easy to work with, especially considering I'm a high maintenance customer. Quick response to some minor follow-up service was much appreciated. Great experience from start to finish....from assessment with Peter, staff at the office when scheduling and finally with Ryan, Darren and the electricians for installation... they were all pleasant and knowledgeable to deal with.
