“I tried the Fish Fry and it is fantastic! The directions say that it is "a perfect rub for pan fried, deep fried, grilled, or roasted fish." Perfect is exactly how I would describe it. I smoked some lobsters and salmon the other night and I seasoned them with this after the first butter basting before they went on the smoker then mixed a little in my butter for the rest of the bastings and everyone said they were the best I have made. I can't wait to try it next time I Fry up some catfish. :)”
