“This Rubber Duck location is pretty good compared to another location I went too. A lot more car wash bays and also an automatic car wash. What I would improve would be pave the entire surface to be smooth. And the automatic car was was a bit tight in my opinion. Also the drying time is way too short, needs to increase the drying time by at least another 30 seconds in my opinion. I would think about using this car was service”

“Grate little place. It's in a bad spot for rush hour. You can only get in from one road because traffic is so bad in that area. As for the store it's clean and seemed to be well taken care of. The gas is the same as all the other places but they offer a military discount on Fridays that make the trip woth it when you combine it with there points card. All they need now is more locations.”

I have to admit where I was in the fault by missing my booked appointment that morning for pick up, and they were still able to work with my schedule and get the car done for the day. I was very impressed by this. As well, when the care was done, there was a hard stain that remained on the passenger seat. I contacted The Shine Factory, literally no questions asked, just when can we pick your car up and get it fixed up for you. Goes to show that they stand by their service and work.
