“Friendly and efficient service. They really take the time to explain and advise on my vehicle. When I ask about preventing known issues that come up as my vehicle ages, they often have knowledge about how to save me money on repairs. Love the text reminders for appointments and notifications of the car being ready for pick up. They are always organized and it's unlikely for things to slip between the cracks as they can so often at other places. I also like the downtown Windsor location because it means there are things to do if waiting to pick up.”

“Showed up on time and changed an anode rod on my water heater. The two young folks who showed up were very polite and did a great job but the aluminum rod they put in did not solve the problem. I called the owner and he told me he would get back to me and arrange a time to send somebody back out and change it back to a magnesium rod. A week later I am still waiting for that call. I find too many times these days that owners do not even take the common courtesy to get back to their customers. It is extremely annoying. Anyway to make along story short another company came and changed the rod and the problem is now solved. The positive thing about this is that now I have a company doing my work that I can depend on.”
