“Everything was done online. The online portal was at times hard to log onto but once they got to my file it took a day to finish and send info to CRA. Payment for service was done over the phone. The e signature document process was straightforward but there is a bug in the program that tells you that the process is incomplete which it wasn't. All e signatures were signed. Here on in I will be filing my taxes this way as the process will only get easier. No more waiting in an office for this person 🙂”
