Great service overall. The Synology NAS I was using for my small business, suffered a power surge due to lightning, and I feared the data on my drives was lost. Richard determined that the NAS no longer worked, but that the data on the drives was alright. After obtaining the software required for decryption, we were able to recover and restore the data onto a new drive. Turnaround was quick, communication was easy, and price was very reasonable.
