“I heard good things about Banks Bikes, so when my shifter cable was seized I took it in to them to get fixed. When I dropped it off on Saturday I asked for a quote and the guy looked the bike over and said around $20 to fix the shifter cable when I called to check in on my bike they said it was done and the cost was 71 dollars. When I went to pick it up on Thursday I asked for the break down they told me about the Cat 4 tune up that I did not ask for. The quote that I was given was for the repairs I asked for, not the tune up they decided I needed without consulting me first. Edited: The company has refunded my money for the service.”
