(August 8, 2019, 4:32 pm)Excellent, well worth the stop. Daily specials they had split pea soup seafood chowder hodgepodge and tomato bisque and an Italian vegetable soup. We finished with homemade strawberry rhubarb pie and ice cream.
(July 25, 2019, 8:23 am)Stopped here on a whim the wife and I, just needed some breakfast on our way to Peggy's Cove. What a lovely surprise. Home made bread, home smoked bacon and home made strawberry jam. Lovely host, cook made our morning just a lil' bit better. A must to return to in future visits to Nova Scotia.

Great soups and homemade bread as well as other convenience store items.
