(October 11, 2019, 8:04 pm)Called them today with a damper issue for a chimney built in 1850. It wasn't a difficult problem but they had someone over within two hours and it was fixed in 15 minutes. It totally was the difference in us being able to use the fireplace or not. Really appreciated their speed and efficiency at getting this fixed for us!
