“I have had nothing but kindness and patience with this branch and in particular a few of the staff especially the manager Michelle Beck. I had a an accident and at the same time was hacked and they got my money back. When I had my accident and broke my back they were willing to come out to my car once I was able to get out again and take my bank card into the bank and do my banking for me so I wouldn’t have to try to walk in all that pain They are never too busy and when my branch was closed during covid my manager Michelle Beck let me know what branch she would be at should I need her. You just don’t get that kind of personal service from a bank anymore and I had been with a credit union for years and even though they call you a member and owner I got better service at this particular RBC and I think it has a lot to do with the manager and how she runs her branch. 5 stars always.”
