“We appreciate Nova so much for saving the life of one of our two week old puppies. We attempted to take her to Bridgewater Veterinarian Hospital first because it was closest and it was recommended by someone else. They turned the pup away because they had no room to look at her that day. They, in turn, suggested their sister clinic, South Shore. South Shore asked if we were their regular vets, I said no, that we used a vet in Halifax. She told me we would have to take our very sick, very young puppy all of the way to our own vet, in Halifax. I then discovered Nova, close by and gave them a call. They replied with no hesitation, to bring her in at 11:20 that morning. They were quick to discover what was wrong and to administer antibiotics for an infection. Thanks to Nova, the pup is doing very well. It was a bit pricey (she had to have an x-ray) but they were, honestly, great.”
