“After hitting a deer my insurance company sent me to Fix it Auto. This was my first insurance claim so I had no idea what to expect. From the rental process to the repairs on my vehicle these guys were helpful and kind to deal with. It took better than a month to complete due to waiting on parts once the parts were in they worked hard to get my car back to me. There were a couple of minor things that needed tweaking and they quickly got me back in and back on the road in less than 20 mins. I am so grateful that I got sent to these guys they were honest and professional. “I lost all steering in the multi-level car parking, and I called "J-Nails Car Towings Co" and told them to take out my car from that multi-level parking as the parking was low roof line and it needs proper assistance. A small truck arrived and that guy with great effort managed to get my car out of that parking and load it on the truck and get me and my car safely at home. All kudos to him as it was Saturday afternoon with a 38 degrees temperature, and he did it with great calmness and was friendly as well.”
