(August 6, 2017, 2:41 pm)We stopped after taking the ferry from Charlottetown for a place to stay and relax. We found Caribou River Cottages after a simple search on Google. They had all that we wanted, a cottage for two, boasting a riverfront front yard with privacy and a jacuzzi tub. Unfortunately we did not have reservations and our dream cottage was booked up. We checked another cottage but without the whirlpool tub and with a campfire ban it just wouldn't be what we had hoped for. The owners were very helpful and friendly and the prices for their various cottages are great! I am sure we'll be back with reservations this time. :)
