“The staff at home hardware in Pictou are always very friendly. I have been visiting there quite a bit since I moved to Pictou, even though they do not always have what I'm looking for, the staff are always willing to help! If they don't have it at that store they always check their sister store in Stellarton to see if they have it in stock. I've always been greeted at the front door nicely, and the project desk has always been keen to help. Their covid-19 measures has always been top-notch. It's also very nice to see that their younger staff are always focused on helping the customers and providing excellent service when this might be their first job. I've never seen any of those staff sitting on a cell phone or not tending to customer needs. If there's something you're looking for they're always there to give you a lending hand and you don't have to wander the store looking for someone to help you. Moreover, the gentlemen working out back in the warehouse helping load the vehicles have also provided amazing service as well! Keep up the excellent work home hardware team!”
