(July 26, 2021, 3:23 pm)This should be the standard by which all other franchises should be measured. Customer service is always friendly, courteous, and helpful. The restaurant is always spotless. The meals are always piping hot and fresh. The food is great value for money, especially the daily deals. When this household gets a craving for fried chicken, I forego the two local options and drive to Dixie Lee in Liverpool -- from Yarmouth!
