“Nice little arena. We were there for a hockey tournament and we did a tour of the local arenas and this was one of stops. Good ice quality and the establishment was clean well maintained.”

“It is located outside of the downtown and you can take a ferry to the island or witness it from the YTZ airport. It has a beautiful view of lake and Toronto skyline. The ferry ride alone, even if you don't get off, is worth the time. The Rectory restaurant on the Lake side of the island, is a pleasant 20o min walk from the Centre Is ferry terminal. It is a great place to spend a long lunch, under the garden willow trees, on a hot summer afternoon The islands are well worth a visit if the weather is suitable. A very short ferry ride away, there is lots to do in the summer - walking, bike-hire, canoe-hire, small beaches, small amusement park and refreshments. We visited at the end of October when most facilities were unavailable - even the coffee shop was closed as it only opens in the second half of the week in winter. It was a beautiful, sunny day and we really enjoyed the walks without the crowds and the fantastic opportunities for photos of the Toronto skyline. It makes for a lovely break from the hustle of the city and is only a 10 minute trip away”
