Ordered the Vanilla Cream Cold Brew... it was so good!!!

My boyfriend and I visited Starbucks on Dundas St in Paris this evening (March 28th @ approx. 7pm) and our experience was amazing. The restaurant was very clean, but the thing that impressed us the most, and that prompted this review were the two employees that we encountered while we were ordering my boyfriend's beverage. The person behind the cash register, Madison, was very helpful and when we asked her for a specific flavor of how he wanted his coffee she suggested the exact thing he was looking for. Then Haley, the Barista, made the coffee to the exact specification we asked, through trial and error. She was very patient with us and made every effort to make us satisfied with the end product. She even went so far as to write down exactly how it was made for us so that we could get it the same way all the time.

Just want to let you know that these two young ladies are the reason for the 5 star review. When I told them that I wanted the name of their boss, who was Julie by the way, they said that she was a good boss. My suggestion to Julie, hire more employees like Haley and Madison and keep them happy and your customer's will remain happy as well.

Great service, great coffee. I have some dietary nonsense and they always accomodate. Puppuccino's are always well received by my puppy Hazel

I've only been at this location twice since I live in Brantford. But both times I have visited this location the staff here have always shown exceptional customer service. They are so cheerful its contagious and the service is always speedy while not compromising quality. Well done!

Lovely location, very open and quiet. Perfect environment to enjoy some coffee and read a few chapters in a book.
