“I’m a repeat customer, as I had an air conditioner installed through Ray Electric (in Cambridge) about 10 years ago. This time, I needed a service panel upgrade from 100A to 200A. Ray Electric took care of permits, hydro dis/re-connection, and installation. Steve arrived promptly, and outlined the required work. He was concise and provided multiples quotes/options as I didn’t know exactly which path I wanted to take. Steve quickly responded to my many email inquiries, and easily pivoted when I made a last minute change. My installers (Craig and James) showed up on-time, they we’re polite, friendly, and professional. Installation took an entire day (~8 hours) and the job was done to exacting standards. They even took time out to answer my questions during the process. I’m very satisfied with the results and would highly recommend them should you need electrical work done. “I just had an excellent experience at this location. I brought my 10 year old dog Kumo in for a haircut and Kim did such an amazing job. She was very friendly, great with Kumo, and was very receptive to what I asked for. This will be our new go-to spot for dog grooming. While I was there I picked up a big bag of food and the staff member carried it out for me and gave Kumo a treat on her way in. It's pretty clear the staff here go over and above.”

“I've been to Chillin buds a few times now. All of the staff are great, I usually deal with Cass when I go but all of the staff I've met are great! A previous review says that customers have to order on a tablet, but that hasn't been my experience. The staff are always friendly, very knowledgeable and if they don't know the answer to a question they make every effort to find the right answer. They're always up for a good chat, and are very outgoing and friendly. I've never had an issue ordering in person as I like to ask questions and learn about what's new.”
