“We hired Copper Coyote for our fire restoration on our home. We were completely devastated by the fire. The insurance company was working with us and treating us well, however the contractor they reccomend let us down. The process was very painful for us, and the contractor always seemed to place our restorations last on their priority list, didn't provide any assistance and very little work was done over a long period of time. We decided to take a chance, and thank God we did, with Copper Coyote. Copper Coyote treated us with outstanding respect, and treated our home as it was their own. They assisted with all of our needs, including assistance with design, which I was having difficulty with, due to my pain and loss from the fire, and having absolutely no knowledge of interior decorating or which product best suits our needs. They dedicated themselves and their efforts to help us rebuild our home. They even assisted us with advice on how to deal with the insurance company. Richards’ knowledge, skills and ideas were undoubtedly grateful to our circumstances. Once we hired them to complete our work, they did so in a timely fashion and there were no interruptions of work. They worked in a clean safe manner, and we are pleased with the quality of work. They were always conscious of our budget, and completed the work on budget, and on time. They helped us by recommending solutions to assist and remaining within our budget. Thanks, Richard for your outstanding efforts, your reliability, going way above and beyond what was required and making our house a home again. I would, without a doubt, hire Copper Coyote again for any home renovations. And I highly recommend them.”

“Installed mannington engineered hardwood throughout our house. Unfortunately there was obviously an issue with some of the product as the finish coat started to bubble after installation. Jimmy came to our house, agreed that it was defective and worked diligently to rectify the situation. Mannington, as the producer of the product was useless and essentially washed their hands of the situation. Jimmy worked with the Ontario distributor and ultimately arranged for someone to come out and replace numerous flawed boards at no cost to us. Lots of companies talk of customer service and the real test comes when things don't go well. Most fail at this point. We can say that the customer service provided by Jimmy and his staff was top-rate and we'll continue to use Jim's Floor store for future flooring needs. Darryl and Betty Johnson”

“This place has a beautiful collection. It’s impressive to walk through and take in the craftsmanship. What they sell is very expensive, however, what you buy here you buy it for life. It’s beautiful furniture that has a level of craftsmanship and quality you don’t see anymore. What I really appreciate about Maus is how much care they put into their store and products. They show a lot of respect and that’s a nice change from a lot of other antiques shops that pile things in up and let them collect dust. Maus is worth checking out!”
