We recently had a beautiful sliding gate installed by Jon at Ontario Gates and we could not be happier with the gate or the service we received. I initially spoke to Jon a full two years before making a decision to proceed. During that time, Jon's responsiveness never wavered. At one point I was considering using a company who was more local to us and quickly realized that their service responsiveness was far inferior to what we had experienced with Jon. Once I signed the order with Ontario Gates, I worried that that we would get a bit of a runaround regarding installation because of the distance between our property and their shop, but that worry was completely unnecessary. Delivery was prompt and Jon took the time to make sure that we were comfortable with the key workings of the gate and it's equipment. He also encouraged us to reach out any time with questions or concerns. I highly recommend both Jon and his team at Ontario Gates!

We had a gate installed in July 2018 by Jon - and were extremely pleased with the results. It was a very positive experience from start to finish. He explained the process and timelines and they adhered to those. He incorporated design changes we wanted into the gate, and he provided very good insights and suggestions based on his experience. We love our new gates! We were able to create our own custom gates and we are thrilled with the results. Jon was so great to work with, very co-operative and he had some amazing ideas too. We had some issues integrating the gate entrance system with our existing home automation system, Jon was able to make some modifications so it works just as we wanted!
