Very pleased with the service's.

Excellent car rental service, uses cash deposits in lieu of credit card on file, unlike those other car rental jews who won't do it without one, and won't accept a family members card. Customer service is top notch, they were professional, polite and made the rental as seamless as possible.

Pencar is an incredible establishment to rent a vehicle. I was a first time customer on December 11th and everything regarding this business far exceeds the typical competitors that everyone knows and hears about.

The ladies at the front desk were extremely professional, courteous, well-mannered and highly responsive to E-mails. The gentlemen driving customers back and forth was also incredibly professional.

A day where customer service is virtually extinct, after I showed up at Pencar I was pleasantly surprised that it exists in full force at Pencar!

Cars are also well maintained, new, immaculate and not just your "most basic vehicle that you can possibly buy" like Enterprise.

Pencar is just across the street from a Husky (gas station) and they re-fill the gas up for you and charge MARKET price. Enterprise on the flip-side charges 150% more than market price (on average) when factoring in fees - another win for Pencar.

I HIGHLY recommend anyone who needs a rental for a vehicle to try Pencar as it is FAR better than Enterprise - I guarantee that you will NOT be disappointed.
